In November of 2018, Motorcycle Missions and Indian Motorcycle began a bike build off between two Texas groups of Veterans and First responders. TEAM DALLAS featured 9 Veterans and 1 Fire Fighter, and TEAM AUSTIN featured 6 Veterans and 3 Police Officers. These bikes were revealed April 12th and will go to online auction in May 2019. Team Austin won the build off by just 200 votes in an online poll on Indian Motorcycle’s social media pages. Both bikes will be featured in AMERICAN IRON MAGAZINE.

At Motorcycle Missions, there is an understanding that much of the post traumatic stress (disorder) paradigm is that the need for purpose, camaraderie, and adrenaline is of the utmost importance. Their hope is to encourage their audience to instill a life-long passion for riding and building motorcycles, that will help them enjoy a happy, healthy, and balanced lifestyle after trauma.
